2012 in Review

Anna Scott grew so much in 2012!  Here is a recap of our year here at My Fair Laney...

We cheered the Crimson Tide to victory over LSU in the 2012 BSC National Championship game!

We enjoyed a ski trip to Park City, Utah.

We had lots of pretty pictures made (these are some of my very favs)...

We endured the anticipation and stress that was Match Day.

We celebrated Granny's 90th birthday.

We loved Anna Scott's first Easter.

We witnessed a beautiful wedding uniting Allison Stewart and Alan Cease.

We ran the Music City Half Marathon in Nashville.

We celebrated Anna Scott's FIRST birthday!

We put our first house on the market and bought our second.

We (I say we because it was a group effort) graduated from UAB Medical School!

We enjoyed a fun Summertime!

We attended my 10 year high school class reunion.

We hosted the 5th annual football pre-kick off party.

We prepared to cheer and cheer and cheer for ALABAMA.

We traveled to Dallas for the 2012 season opener.

We learned how to walk!  (this was a group effort too!)

We had a BOO-tiful Halloween.

We cruised to Cozumel with good friends.

We had our picture made with Coach Saban!

We had lovely Fall.

We met Aunt Allison and Uncle Alan's puppy Emme!

We almost fell over and died before we finally won the SEC Championship game.  :)

We had a merry and scary Christmas (she wasn't only scared of the bounce house).

We went to a party to ring in the New Year with friends.

What a great year!

I started a tradition last year by creating a calendar for the new year to give as family Christmas gifts from Anna Scott.  They are such wonderful keepsakes and we all love turning to the next picture every month.  Here are a couple of pictures of this year's calendar...

Scott and I are flying to Miami in the morning for the BSC National Championship game!  We are looking forward to a 2 night stay in Miami and some fun on South Beach.  On Wednesday, we are meeting Anna Scott, my parents, Aunt Allison, and Uncle Alan in Orlando to experience the magic of Disney World.  Scott, Allison, Alan, and myself are running the Walt Disney Half Marathon on Saturday.  It has been a real treat training for this race in the cold weather. :)  There will be lots of pictures to post when we return from this vacation!
