August and September

Hi there!  :)  We want to share with you a few of our August and September celebrations...

August 14th:  Scott's 31st Birthday.  His present, a Big Green Egg and Eggcessories.  He can't wait to fire up the grill when we move into our new house! 

August 18th:  My 10 Year Class Reunion.  Can't get over how fast time flies.

 So happy that I attended the reunion with my high school sweetheart!

It was such a fun evening catching up with everyone!

August 24th and 25th:  Celebrating Mom and Allison's birthdays. 

Dinner at Fleming's

Anna Scott made this sign for Aunt Allison on her birthday.  ;)

While we are talking about Allison, we have to celebrate the fact that she is a local celebrity in Jackson, MS.  :) She is on television advertising the the Mississippi Breast Center, where she works as a nurse practitioner.

September 4th:  Mary-Kathryn's birthday celebration at Brio...

September 10th:  Scott's mom and her twin brother Stacey turn 60.  Again, we celebrated at Fleming's.

As if the chocolate lava cake was not enough, our waiter loved Anna Scott and brought her this pretty strawberry sorbet.  She was in heaven.

I can't not share this photo of the people with whom I spent most of the month of September.  I did my Staff Medicine rotation this month, and during this rotation, we are all at the hospital more than we are at home.  So, these people became my home away from home and we had a great time together caring for the patients on our service.  I am sad to see the month end, but happy to have more free time during the month of October.
